CreatorShield AI is a software tool that produces automated risk orientation based on machine analysis of the information you submit.

2. No guarantee of correctness

Automated analysis can miss issues, misidentify issues, or produce incorrect conclusions. A green or low-risk verdict does not mean your content is safe to publish. A red or high-risk verdict does not mean your content is unlawful.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for verifying rights, licenses, trademarks, copyrights, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection rules and marketplace policies before publishing any content. When in doubt, consult a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Platform independence

CreatorShield AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, Shopify, Spreadshirt, or any other marketplace. Platform names are used only to describe the target of your risk check.

5. Data handling

Content you submit (text and images) is stored to generate and display your reports and is accessible only to you and to the service infrastructure needed to run the analysis.

6. Wording

We use the term "risk orientation" everywhere. We do not describe our output as "legal approval", "cleared", "safe", "approved", "copyright-free" or "guaranteed".

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit the site, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, access time) is automatically collected by the hosting provider in order to deliver the website.

3. Registration and login
When you register, we collect your email address and a password of your choice. This data is stored and processed via the service Supabase Inc. Processing takes place to perform the user contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

4. Content you enter
Texts, product descriptions and optionally uploaded images that you submit for risk analysis are stored so that we can display your reports to you. This content is accessible only from your own account.

5. Payment processing
Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland; and Stripe, Inc., USA). Your name, email address and payment data are transmitted to Stripe and processed there in accordance with their privacy policy. Processing takes place to perform the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

6. AI analysis
To generate the risk analysis, the texts and images you submit are transmitted to and processed by the Google Gemini API (Google Ireland Limited). Google's privacy policy applies.

Where data is transferred to service providers outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Google), this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
